Returns & Exchanges Policy

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind. This policy applies to all products sold through our website.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping provider. We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, delays, or mishandling that occur while the parcel is in transit or after delivery.

Any delivery-related issues must be raised directly with the courier company.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, we accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Customers must also consider weather conditions, including Australian heat, when selecting a shipping method. We recommend choosing express shipping, particularly during warmer months. We are not responsible for heat-related damage once an order has been dispatched.

Order Issues
In the event of missing items or errors in fulfilment, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Any claims will be assessed at our discretion.
