Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email as soon as you make your order. 

we use Australia Post and we aim to ship out your orders within 7 Business days but please be aware some things may happen and there may be a delay in your order going out and once sent and in aus posts handles its out of our control how long it will take to arrive. 

once your order has been shipped You will receive an email with a tracking number. If it’s not in your inbox please make sure you check your junk/spam folder.

we ship all of our packages from the port Stephens area in NSW so international normally takes between 7-21 business days depending on customs from country to country.
